A CHERRY BLOSSOM WEDDING AT QUEEN'S HOUSE, GREENWICH
Nestled within the historic Queen's House in Greenwich, Cheryl & Andrew's intimate London wedding was inspired by the delicate beauty of cherry blossom, bringing a soft, romantic contrast to one of the city's most iconic architectural landmarks. Once a royal residence, the venue's remarkable interiors and striking symmetry provided an unforgettable setting for a celebration that felt both contemporary and effortlessly refined.
The couple exchanged vows in the magnificent Great Hall, where the famous black-and-white geometric marble floor created a dramatic contrast to the soft pink cherry blossom trees and ivory floral arrangements lining the aisle. Suspended glass candle spheres and delicate candlelight added warmth and romance, complementing the hall's soaring ceilings and abundance of natural light.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed champagne and canapés in the Undercroft while the Great Hall was seamlessly transformed for an intimate wedding dinner. As daylight faded, the room took on an entirely different atmosphere, glowing beneath soft candlelight and warm uplighting that highlighted the beauty of the historic surroundings.
Every design element was intentionally curated, from the blossom-lined ceremony to the elegant floral centrepieces, creating a celebration that felt both contemporary and timeless. After dinner, guests returned to the Undercroft, where the evening continued with dancing and celebrations late into the night.
From the quiet moments overlooking London's skyline to the candlelit portraits outside Queen's House, Cheryl & Andrew's wedding was a beautiful reflection of understated luxury, thoughtful design and effortless elegance.
